Within the Playable Ads team, our mission is to develop interactive and engaging advertising experiences that not only captivate audiences but also drive conversions. Collaborating closely with playable developers and coordinators, we transform games into HTML-based interactive ad experiences. Your primary focus will be on producing high-impact ads and managing their distribution across our networks.
Role
We seek individuals eager to contribute to something larger than themselves. To excel in this role, a strong understanding of the casual mobile gaming landscape, mobile advertising, and the principles of Playable Ads marketing is essential. You will become part of a high-performance team, where your responsibilities will include coordinating creative production efforts of playable ads with both internal and external teams, enhancing performance, and fostering innovation.
Conduct performance analysis of playable ads to extract actionable insights for continuous improvement
Benchmark industry standards and analyze networks to uncover valuable insights for ideation
Draft comprehensive briefs for playable ads, informed by performance metrics and user experience, and oversee art direction and asset development
Manage an individual portfolio of games, overseeing the end-to-end production and distribution of playable ads
Monitor the performance of playable ads and devise strategies for ongoing enhancement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, User Acquisition, Video, Analytics, etc.) to ensure cohesive ideation and alignment on playable ad strategies
Continuously identify and propose opportunities for process improvements and advancements in playable ad development
