In this leadership position, you will not only provide technical support but also foster a positive culture among our technicians, ensuring they feel valued and motivated to deliver exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including service and installation technicians, logistics personnel, and management, to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

As a Plumbing Field Supervisor, you will actively participate in our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program, conducting training sessions and evaluations to help develop the next generation of plumbing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Culture Development: Cultivate a team-oriented environment that encourages pride in workmanship and customer service.
Technical Support: Offer ongoing assistance to technicians, both in-person and via phone, to meet customer expectations.
Hiring & Training: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new technicians to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality service.
Supervision & Quality Assurance: Monitor plumbing work to guarantee compliance with safety codes and company standards.
Performance Reviews: Work with the Vice President of Operations in conducting performance evaluations and setting productivity goals.
Apprenticeship Program Support: Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Program Manager to facilitate training and field evaluations.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate with dispatch to ensure effective scheduling and maintain necessary tools and equipment.
On-Call Support: Provide on-call support during weekdays for emergency situations and assist in scheduling on-call shifts.
Training & Development: Stay informed about industry trends and conduct training sessions, maintaining records of progress.
Collaboration with Teams: Engage in regular team meetings and maintain open communication across departments.
