As a key member of our UK Team within the Networking Solutions division, you will leverage over 25 years of expertise in IoT solutions. Our Networking Solutions Business Unit specializes in the development and manufacturing of industrial and enterprise connectivity products, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our devices cater to a wide range of sectors, including Industry 4.0, Smart Cities, and Green Energy.
Our UK base was established in 2024 as part of our significant international expansion, bringing high-quality, Lithuania-made devices to the local market.
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients and team members regarding our devices and solutions.
- Guide customers in integrating our products into their solutions while addressing any challenges related to Teltonika Networks products. Communication will be conducted through tickets, emails, and online meetings.
- Independently troubleshoot technical issues arising from customer configurations or software.
- Bring hands-on experience with Linux-based operating systems and various networking protocols and services.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal and external use.
- Act as a vital link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers in a customer-facing, field-based role, requiring regular travel and on-site meetings.
Qualifications:
- Background in Computer Networking or relevant technical/engineering education.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify complex technical concepts.
- Experience in a customer support or pre-sales environment is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer interactions.
