About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will act as the technical bridge between our sales team and potential clients. Your primary focus will be to analyze client needs and showcase how our innovative CPaaS/SaaS solutions, enhanced by AI, can effectively meet those requirements. This role involves designing custom solutions, delivering engaging demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation. Ideal candidates will possess a solid software development background and a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This position is exclusively onsite in Riyadh, so candidates must already reside in Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities will include building industry-specific use cases that leverage CEQUENS products and solutions, effectively illustrating the value and impact of our platforms. You will thrive in a high-performance, customer-facing team environment, collaborating to seize joint opportunities with sales and customer success. Additionally, you will lead RFP/RFI submissions and serve as a liaison among various departments to meet technical and business requirements, ensuring optimal results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Partner with sales representatives to comprehend customer needs and present tailored solutions utilizing our CPaaS/SaaS offerings, including AI functionalities.
- Solution Design: Assess customer requirements and design integrated solutions that complement their existing systems and workflows.
- Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoCs to highlight the capabilities and value of our solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in crafting technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation supporting the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work in close partnership with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging AI technologies in the SaaS and CPaaS landscape.
