Qualifications

Your Superpowers:3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical consulting roles, preferably in analytics, AI, or cloud technologies. Strong understanding of data and AI technologies. Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical value into tangible business outcomes. Exceptional presentation, proposal writing, and storytelling abilities. Demonstrated experience in managing CRM-based sales processes (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and promoting team adoption. Experience in building reporting frameworks and dashboards for effective sales management. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in process design and execution. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Engage with potential clients to identify their business challenges and design customized Data & AI solutions that showcase Satori’s strengths.
  • Conduct impactful presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops to highlight Satori’s value proposition.
  • Develop and deliver technically sound and commercially viable proposals that align client needs with our expertise.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare compelling responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Stay informed on advancements in analytics, cloud technologies, and AI to keep our solutions at the forefront of innovation.
  • Work alongside delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Lead the rollout of Satori’s new CRM platform to serve as the single source of truth for pipeline management.
  • Document and optimize pre-sales and sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Provide leadership visibility through insightful reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • Promote the adoption of CRM across the commercial team, ensuring consistent and value-driven usage tied to performance metrics.
  • Act as the liaison between Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to ensure seamless information flow and accountability.
  • Continuously seek and implement best practices in Sales Operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
