Key Responsibilities:
- Generate precise shop drawings and submittals based on contract documents, specifications, and customer standards.
- Create clear and accurate dimensioning and section views to facilitate understanding for production and field teams.
- Make revisions to drawings following redline feedback and customer/contractor suggestions, ensuring rapid turnaround.
- Optimize drawings to enhance production efficiency within the plant.
- Develop lift and pick plans, including the selection and placement of lifting devices to ensure the safe handling and transport of precast products.
- Maintain and organize a submittal library for standard and recurring products to boost turnaround speed.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Drafting or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
