Responsibilities Enhance User Skills: Design and deliver training programs in various formats—such as in-person, virtual, and hybrid—to advance users' proficiency in ArcGIS software both nationally and globally. Identify skill gaps and create targeted training sessions and workshops. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and assisting them in overcoming obstacles. Remain informed about the latest GIS advancements to ensure the training content is current and relevant. Promote Sustainable GIS Workflows: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and needs. Offer guidance on best practices for developing and implementing sustainable GIS workflows. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on these practices, helping them navigate challenges and address any skill gaps. Drive ArcGIS Adoption: Actively encourage the use of ArcGIS among client groups. Identify potential applications of ArcGIS in various business processes and demonstrate its value. Develop and deliver tailored training workshops to showcase ArcGIS capabilities, working with stakeholders to customize solutions for their specific needs. Communicate GIS Impact: Craft compelling narratives and visual representations to effectively convey the benefits of GIS. Collaborate with content development teams to create engaging materials such as case studies and success stories, presenting the value of GIS to customers.
