Your Responsibilities
You will take end-to-end responsibility for complex, business-critical clarifications such as damage settlements, legal inquiries, and contract or payment adjustments. You will assess risks holistically and make informed, entrepreneurial decisions that directly impact the business.
From these cases, you will identify opportunities for process and structural improvements, derive sustainable, scalable measures, and implement solutions that proactively address recurring issues and strengthen the company in the long run.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments and leadership levels, set strategic priorities, ensure alignment, and actively drive the achievement of relevant corporate KPIs.
In parallel, you will work hands-on with various teams on the operational development of key processes and interfaces, optimizing workflows and contributing to sustainable performance and scaling effects.
You will oversee the operational performance of selected teams and business areas through meaningful reporting, forecasting, and planning, deriving data-driven recommendations for action to support the organization in continuously improving month after month.
Your Profile
A successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration) with outstanding academic results and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
You can quickly grasp and prepare complex relationships and create reports that are clear, action-oriented, and decision-relevant for senior management.
You are flexible in implementation and balance analytical thinking with practical execution.
