About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Principal Product Manager to spearhead the future direction of our Enterprise Customer Education segment. In this critical role, you will empower Absorb's enterprise clients to effectively train and enable their customers at scale.

This position is designed for a high-impact individual contributor who excels in a blend of strategy, creativity, and analytical precision. You will identify new opportunities, validate ideas through data and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to transform promising concepts into results that drive business growth.

To thrive in this role, you should be a strategist, innovator, and storyteller, adept at connecting insights from data, customer feedback, and emerging technologies (particularly AI) to formulate bold yet pragmatic strategies that will shape the future of Absorb.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and champion the segment strategy: Gain a profound understanding of the customer education market, customer needs, and areas for meaningful differentiation.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities: Leverage data, research, and customer insights to determine where to focus efforts for maximum impact.
  • Prototype and validate ideas: Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to swiftly prototype, test, and refine new concepts.
  • Build consensus and conviction: Develop clear, data-driven business cases that engage senior leaders and teams.
  • Guide teams towards impactful execution: Remain engaged as ideas transition into execution, clarifying desired outcomes and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Influence and lead: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Product Managers across the segment, ensuring alignment and maximized impact.
  • Leverage AI insights: Investigate how new technologies can enhance customer learning and scalability.
