Within the Space Missions and Sensing (SMS) Sector, we are dedicated to developing cutting-edge technologies that enhance space-based sensing, control, and counter-sensing missions.
Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Principal Real-Time Software Engineer to take the lead in the design, implementation, and integration of command and control (C2) and real-time sensor processing solutions for advanced multi-function radar systems. You will guide the team in executing and integrating digital signal processing throughout the entire signal processing chain for closed-loop radar operations. Your expertise will be critical in conducting performance analysis through simulations and real-world testing to validate and enhance the products developed. As these systems will be operationally deployed, maintaining high standards of quality, maintainability, and reusability is essential. This role promises significant opportunities for technical growth in system design, innovative implementations, integration, and deployment of radar and control systems.
A successful candidate will showcase strong experience in software engineering, system integration, radar signal processing, and test & evaluation. You will thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment, possess a keen interest in signal processing, and demonstrate the capability to deliver effective system solutions for operational needs.
