Role Overview:

The Principal Solutions Architect is a senior, post-sales technical role dedicated to ensuring the success of our most significant customers. You will be the primary technical contact for a select number of strategic accounts, responsible for their technical health. This entails driving product adoption, promptly resolving issues, and acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer within Solo.io. You will gain in-depth knowledge of your customers' architecture, teams, and processes, and consult with them to optimize their utilization of Solo.io products and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main technical contact for accounts, developing a comprehensive understanding of their unique use cases, architecture, and business objectives.
  • Lead the resolution of technical issues, collaborating with the support team to ensure timely and effective solutions. You will be expected to take the initiative in resolving issues within your accounts.
  • Proactively promote product adoption by identifying new use cases and opportunities for customers to derive greater value from Solo.io's product offerings.
  • Provide consultation to customers on best practices for integrating Solo.io products into their environments.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops tailored for customer needs.
  • Act as the customer advocate within Solo.io, offering valuable feedback to product management and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with the account team to identify and manage risks and opportunities related to product adoption, renewals, and expansions.
