Position: Principal Technical Program Manager - GROW
Guild Education is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for our Grow Product initiative, representing the highest individual-contributor role in Technical Program Management at Guild. In this pivotal position, you will lead the execution of our technical foundation that supports our multi-product organization while contributing to the establishment of the Technical Program Management discipline from its inception. This role merges deep technical leadership with program execution: spearheading critical company-wide initiatives, influencing architectural decisions across Guild’s technology stack, and defining the essence of technical program management as we expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current landscape of the Grow Product against business objectives, stakeholder requirements, and delivery challenges, translating insights into a comprehensive long-term execution roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Convert product strategy into actionable technical solutions and execution plans by partnering closely with engineering leaders to delineate architecture boundaries, dependencies, sequencing, and technical trade-offs.
- Oversee the execution of the defined roadmap by uniting teams, proactively managing dependencies, and ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery.
