Your Responsibilities
You will take end-to-end responsibility for complex, critical business clarification cases such as damage regulation, legal matters, contract modifications, or payment adjustments, evaluating risks comprehensively and making sound business decisions with direct impact.
From these cases, you will identify opportunities for process and structural improvements, derive sustainable and scalable measures, and implement solutions that proactively address recurring issues, strengthening the company in the long term.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments and leadership levels, set strategic priorities, ensure alignment, and actively drive the achievement of relevant company KPIs.
Simultaneously, you will work hands-on with different teams on the operational development of key processes and interfaces, optimizing workflows to contribute to sustainable performance and scaling effects.
You will manage the operational performance of selected teams and business areas through insightful reporting, forecasting, and planning, deriving data-driven recommendations and supporting the organization in continuous improvement month after month.
