Key Responsibilities:Participate in live calls to take dictation and detailed notes. Read aloud emails, text messages, and other correspondence during travel. Maintain an organized system for tracking to-dos, reminders, and important follow-ups. Update and manage spreadsheets, logs, and administrative files efficiently. Offer light administrative support, including scheduling and reminders. Qualifications:Exceptional English communication and active listening skills. Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and responsive. Comfortable in fast-paced, real-time work situations. Organized, proactive, and proficient with technology (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.). Previous experience supporting executives or business owners is a plus. Flexibility to occasionally work on Saturdays is preferred.
