Key ResponsibilitiesContract Execution & Negotiation Support:Assist in the negotiation of various agreements related to PV and energy storage projects, including EPC, O&M, equipment supply, and master agreements. Draft standard contracts, amendments, and change orders under the guidance of a Senior Contracts Manager. Work collaboratively with legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate contract reviews and secure necessary approvals. Support the creation and upkeep of diverse contract templates and forms. Redline, Version Control & Document Management:Accurately implement and enforce the company's redline and version control processes throughout the contract negotiation lifecycle. Oversee the document control for all project contracts, amendments, warranties, and insurance certificates, ensuring comprehensive version tracking and compliance.
