Your Role:

We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing operations in Ukraine. This multifaceted role encompasses procurement and warehouse management, ensuring a seamless process from ordering to receiving, tracking, and distributing goods for internal departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee procurement activities throughout Ukraine.
  • Identify and source suppliers, negotiate terms, and obtain commercial offers.
  • Create and track purchase orders to ensure fulfillment.
  • Receive and process goods into the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and internal systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure data accuracy.
  • Distribute goods from the warehouse to internal teams.
  • Keep warehouse records and track inventory movements.
  • Participate in inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments.

Qualifications:
