Your Role:
We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing operations in Ukraine. This multifaceted role encompasses procurement and warehouse management, ensuring a seamless process from ordering to receiving, tracking, and distributing goods for internal departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee procurement activities throughout Ukraine.
- Identify and source suppliers, negotiate terms, and obtain commercial offers.
- Create and track purchase orders to ensure fulfillment.
- Receive and process goods into the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and internal systems.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure data accuracy.
- Distribute goods from the warehouse to internal teams.
- Keep warehouse records and track inventory movements.
- Participate in inventory audits.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
- Solid understanding of procurement and inventory processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, or accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
