Role overview

The Team Lead oversees daily procurement activities, making sure each step from purchase to payment follows compliance standards and runs efficiently. Managing priorities, addressing escalations, and keeping standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date are all part of the job. Supporting and mentoring procurement specialists is also a key responsibility.
