The Team

As a Product Lead, you will spearhead a dynamic product team within our Business Apps division, dedicated to crafting cutting-edge solutions for the Front Office, including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce. Our Business Apps are tailored to address key challenges faced by specific business lines, exemplifying innovative applications of Celonis that redefine industry standards. Our team boasts a blend of technical proficiency and a customer-centric product management approach, ensuring our solutions are not only impactful but widely embraced by our clients.

The Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and lead a team of product managers who will collaborate directly with customers, account teams, and our Product and Engineering departments. Together, you will harness the power of Celonis to uncover opportunities in the Front Office domain. Your goal will be to transform valuable use cases into scalable products, shaping the future of Process Intelligence in customer-facing operations. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of product managers to define the strategic vision and roadmap for the Front Office domain, aligning it with our overall Business Apps strategy.
  • Engaging closely with customers to identify their challenges, particularly in Procurement and related fields.
  • Overseeing all stages of the product development lifecycle from concept to market implementation, ensuring solutions meet the needs of all Celonis clients.
  • Leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to innovate and develop solutions tailored for the Front Office.
  • Collaborating with platform product managers and engineers to influence and guide the development of new features.
  • Partnering with our UX team to shape exceptional user experiences for our products.
  • Fostering alignment across critical areas of the Celonis organization, including Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Value Engineering, and Sales.
