Your Role

  • Develop Enterprise-Level AI Agents: As the Product Manager focused on Agent Development, you will collaborate closely with engineers and clients to design and deploy AI agents capable of managing thousands of customer interactions daily.

  • Customer Engagement: Your role will involve interacting with diverse stakeholders within our clients' organizations:

    • Identify and evaluate their needs.

    • Conduct and showcase demonstrations of Sierra’s agents.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to navigate and resolve any technical challenges.

    • Enhance Sierra’s virtual agents to align with and anticipate customer requirements and workflows.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic technical decisions for our clients.

  • Influence Product Strategy: Partner with Sierra’s engineering and product teams to define and execute new features critical to achieving customer success.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, specializing in highly technical products.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful product solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into effective product features.

  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

  • Experience in AI or technology-driven environments is highly desirable.
