The Product Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business performance by defining, prioritizing, and delivering Managed Services and SaaS Operations capabilities. In this role, you will serve as the essential link between business, operations, and technology, effectively translating strategic goals and customer requirements into a comprehensive roadmap that leads to measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Managed Services and SaaS Operations delivery platforms.
- Act as the customer advocate within DevOps and service delivery teams.
- Manage and prioritize the DevOps backlog to ensure a balance between feature delivery, service quality, and addressing technical debt.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product, sales, and support teams.
- Lead initiatives for service innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Define and monitor service KPIs, SLOs, and operational performance metrics.
- Oversee the implementation of service enhancements and operational process improvements.
- Communicate service performance, adoption rates, and outcomes through comprehensive dashboards and reporting.
