About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between AI models, user behavior, and conversion.
The quality of Retake’s output is directly influenced by the inputs provided by users. Your challenge will be to enhance users' willingness to provide these inputs through improved clarity, perceived value, and trust.
You will oversee the entire first-session experience , from image uploads to the first enhanced output , and be accountable for the performance metrics that define success.
This entails ownership of both the user experience and its associated metrics.
You will be directly responsible for improving essential metrics such as upload completion rates, first-generation rates, activation, early retention, and paywall engagement.
Collaborating closely with design, data, engineering, and our internal AI research teams, you will continuously refine user interactions with the model. By identifying user pain points and areas of confusion, you will prioritize improvements that reduce input requirements, enhance clarity, and boost output consistency.
This role goes beyond superficial onboarding tasks; it's about creating a seamless user journey that drives engagement and satisfaction.
