The Role
As a Product Manager for Vault CRM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the innovation of our market-leading product, which holds a commanding 80% market share and is specifically designed for life sciences. Your efforts will enhance how pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies connect with healthcare professionals worldwide through AI-driven customer engagement.
Vault CRM provides:
1. An integrated suite that combines CRM with campaign management, contact centers, sales planning, event management, and more, fostering cohesive workflows for our customers.
2. Next-generation AI agents that facilitate intelligent, context-aware interactions across commercial and medical teams.
