About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Vector, you will lead the charge in developing cutting-edge tools to revolutionize the logistics sector. You will bridge the gap between software development, design, and business strategy, setting ambitious product goals while engaging in hands-on tasks. Your daily activities may include conducting comprehensive interviews with customer stakeholders, pitching innovative concepts to the team, crafting launch plans in collaboration with marketing, performing user research, prototyping new features, iterating on Product Requirement Documents (PRD), analyzing usage data, and partnering with engineers on implementation. You will be responsible for fully understanding user needs, influencing business strategies, specifying features, and collaborating with our solutions and engineering teams to ensure successful software delivery to our clients.
What You'll Do
Own and manage the product roadmap for deploying and administering Vector on an enterprise scale.
Prioritize and evaluate potential projects based on their alignment with our strategic business goals and the value they bring to current and future users.
Effectively communicate prioritization strategies to stakeholders and drive consensus on the optimal path forward.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, and other teams on business cases, product requirements, development, launch strategies, and user adoption.
Understand Vector's strategic vision and deliver innovative products that align with our objectives.
Engage directly with clients to uncover pain points and address their most urgent needs.
Communicate the rationale and benefits of features to the broader company.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in enterprise/B2B SaaS product management.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation in logistics technology.
