About The Role

The Product Solutions team at EliseAI comprises experts dedicated to resolving issues and answering inquiries for our customers. As Product Solutions Analysts, you will possess extensive knowledge of our clients' unique configurations and system data access. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to troubleshoot customer challenges and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to clients via Zendesk, our ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical challenges, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain clear documentation and communication with clients throughout the support lifecycle, adopting a customer-centric approach in each interaction.

  • Collaborate with other teams within Product Solutions to relay user feedback, identify recurring issues, conduct audits, and contribute to product enhancements.

  • Update and maintain internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides to improve self-service resources for clients.
