Join Luxe Media and Felix Media as a Production Associate Intern/Volunteer, where you will play an integral role in our dynamic Brand team. During this exciting internship, you will be entrusted with diverse responsibilities that will enhance your production skills and industry knowledge.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and managing production timelines and budgets for creative projects, ensuring adherence to budgeted time and cost constraints.
- Serving as the liaison between Creative Communications, sales, marketing, editorial, ad operations, and external vendors.
- Assisting in daily staff meetings to coordinate creative projects and effectively manage workflow.
- Overseeing all aspects of photo and video production, including casting models and real people.
- Sourcing talent for hair, makeup, wardrobe, and set design, while maintaining a diverse pool of photography and videography professionals.
- Conducting pre-production meetings with clients and internal teams, as well as coordinating with PR and management teams of celebrities.
- Organizing shot lists and shoot schedules to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Scouting studios, locations, and local production teams in major cities including NYC, LA, and Chicago.
- Managing all elements of photo shoot production, from sourcing locations and permitting to booking stylists, executing contracts, creating call sheets, and overseeing the process on set.
Additionally, you will oversee the daily workflow of the Photo Department, ensuring that deadlines are met, while assigning and reviewing web research assignments before submission to editors.
