Your Impact as Production Manager

As the Production Manager at our Tilburg facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a stable and efficient production process that harmonizes planning, quality, and delivery reliability. You will establish the necessary conditions for optimal production operations, focusing on personnel, resources, and organizational structure.

This position emphasizes not only achieving production targets but also fostering strong production teams. You are a people-oriented leader who coaches, develops, and elevates employees and team leaders. You will implement structured training programs, monitor the execution of personal development plans, and cultivate an environment where individuals can grow and take ownership.

Simultaneously, you will drive continuous improvements in efficiency, quality standards, and delivery reliability. You will collaborate closely with a fellow Production Manager, bringing together your substantive and process expertise. Through your coaching leadership, you will complement each other, forming a robust team where people and operations coexist harmoniously.
