Key Responsibilities:Independent Operational Ownership: Manage operational workflows within Professional Services Operations, such as intake processing, project setup, assignment management, or billing readiness. Validate complex project configurations for accuracy and compliance with contractual and delivery requirements. Serve as the point of contact for operational inquiries relevant to your areas of responsibility. Statement of Work (SOW) Execution & Review: Create and process Statements of Work using established templates and guidelines. Ensure SOWs are complete, clear, and operationally feasible, escalating any non-standard language or risks as needed. Assist with contract revisions and updates by integrating approved changes into SOWs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate service deal execution and operational readiness. Coordinate handoffs and follow-ups to ensure timely project initiation and billing enablement. Reporting & Data Quality: Generate and maintain operational reports concerning project status, utilization, forecasting, and billing. Monitor data quality within PSA systems and proactively address discrepancies in your workflows. Highlight trends or recurring issues to senior team members.

Smartsheet is looking for a Services Operations Analyst to take ownership of specific aspects of Professional Services Operations while assisting with broader initiatives guided by senior team members. This position operates with a moderate level of autonomy, manages intricate operational tasks, and acts as a primary resource for standard to semi-complex inquiries, while directing highly complex or unconventional issues to the Sr. Services Operations Analyst or Manager.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Services Operations (US). This role is open for remote work within Costa Rica. Candidates must be residents of Costa Rica.
