We are currently seeking a dedicated Program Analyst to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The PM PNT plays a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology, program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation, training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army's PNT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently create, review, and recommend improvements for both classified and unclassified PM PNT products, which encompass program objectives, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), budget requests, requirements analysis, acquisition strategies, schedules, program documentation, briefings, business case analyses, acquisition planning artifacts, policy implementation, and milestone objective execution.
- Develop, review, and contribute to acquisition and milestone documentation in alignment with established guidelines supporting PM PNT product processes.
- Plan, coordinate, assess, and report on financial, programmatic, and technical issues related to planning, programming, budgeting, and funding excursions for assigned systems and product lines.
- Prepare objective, data-driven analyses for planning and budget documents to evaluate resourcing, costing, schedule performance, and milestone execution to bolster program and project defense activities.
- Engage in PM PNT program meetings, including Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), milestone decision reviews, contractor reviews, POM reviews, platform and client meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA) reviews, and budget reviews.
- Document meeting proceedings diligently, create Records of Meeting and Minutes, and provide actionable recommendations in accordance with CDRL A010.
- Review, update, and maintain comprehensive program documentation supporting the acquisition lifecycle.
