BryceTech is actively looking for a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead and oversee program management support for the U. S. Space Force's Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP II). This pivotal role will act as the Contractor Task Order Lead and serve as the primary liaison with Government leadership, tasked with ensuring the comprehensive execution of program management, acquisition support, cost control, and mission assurance activities essential for both orbital and suborbital launch operations.
The ideal Program Manager will deliver strategic leadership within a multidisciplinary team that focuses on acquisition program management, PPBE activities, launch and rideshare service management, and acquisition engineering support in a highly secure, mission-critical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Contract Management
- Act as the Contractor Task Order Lead and the primary point of contact for the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative and technical leaders.
- Oversee all facets of task order execution, ensuring adherence to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), CDRLs, QASP, and security protocols.
- Develop, maintain, and implement the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP), encompassing schedules, risk management, communication strategies, quality management, and transition planning.
- Lead transition-in and transition-out initiatives to guarantee uninterrupted mission support.
Personnel & Subcontractor Management
- Provide leadership and oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel.
- Facilitate staffing continuity, rapid resolution of vacancies, and compliance with clearance and training standards.
- Manage subcontractor performance, integration, and address Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) issues.
Customer Engagement & Reporting
- Organize and lead project kick-off meetings, technical status meetings, and Quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- Prepare and present Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), financial reports, presentations, and other necessary deliverables.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Government stakeholders to identify emerging requirements and adjust project priorities as necessary.
Cost, Schedule & Risk Control
- Supervise cost forecasting, budget implementation, and tracking of funding limitations.
- Ensure precise invoicing, labor hour reporting, and GSA ASSIST submissions.
- Lead risk identification, mitigation strategies, and non-conformance resolution efforts.
Mission & Acquisition Support Oversight
- Oversee contractor support for launch and rideshare service acquisition activities, mission integration, and readiness assessments.
