The TAY Health and Wellness Center is located at: 888 Post Street, San Francisco, CA
This position is contingent upon the availability of funding through the contract.
Position Summary:
The TAY HWC Program Navigator embodies and exemplifies GLIDE’s mission and values by building meaningful relationships with program participants, guiding them safely to the Center’s resources, services, and support staff to achieve relief, safety, and wellness. As a key representative of the Center, the Navigator assists participants in accessing various resources, including showers, lockers, pantry services, grooming, clothing, laundry access, and wifi.
Additionally, the Navigator serves as a vital link, connecting participants with case managers, job development specialists, housing specialists, and other community partners who provide essential services onsite. Regular wellness checks will also be performed to ensure the safety of participants while they are at the Center.
Work schedules may require weekend shifts and can vary, including nontraditional hours.
