We are on the lookout for a dynamic Associate Group Head / Group Head in Addressable Strategy & Activation. This role will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing our Programmatic & MarTech services at Interactive Avenues, focusing on executing and refining challenging Programmatic strategies across desktop, mobile, voice search, and YouTube platforms. You will lead a talented Programmatic team, acting as an internal analyst to manage partner portfolios effectively. Account Management Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies while managing daily relationships to drive revenue growth for a portfolio of programmatic partners.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze daily operations to uncover opportunities for revenue enhancement and to address any challenges impacting spend or delivery.
  • Maximize revenue potential with existing programmatic partnerships.
  • Assess partner needs and craft tailored commercial and technical offers as required.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create effective marketing materials and with the BI team to compile relevant trends.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned partners.
  • Develop and oversee business plans that define strategies and tactics for long-term success.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Translate client campaign objectives into actionable programmatic activation strategies, including audience targeting and inventory sourcing.
  • Deliver data-driven, AI/ML multi-DSP/platform solutions to planning or client teams.
  • Manage campaigns effectively, ensuring budgets are tracked appropriately and strategies are optimized toward defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Provide mid and post-campaign analyses to clients.
  • Oversee operational tasks such as budget management, billing, and campaign creative trafficking.
  • Foster strong relationships with planning, investment, operations, and analytics teams.
  • Create and enforce workflow processes to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Train and support junior team members while managing their day-to-day responsibilities and quality assurance of their work.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities for performance improvement across campaigns.
