In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and documentation processes, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that projects align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.
Create detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications, meeting all applicable codes and standards.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to seamlessly integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on time.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve any discrepancies, and uphold quality and design intent.
Act as the primary liaison among clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor junior staff, offering technical guidance and promoting professional development.
Ensure compliance with all documentation standards related to permitting, zoning, and sustainable design, including LEED and WELL certifications.
