At TSC Crowd Management, our mission is to ensure safety and hospitality at the largest events in the Netherlands, including festivals, sports matches, city celebrations, and more. We are currently seeking a Project Leader in Security Management who can take charge from preparation to evaluation in this dynamic environment.
Your Role
As the Project Leader for Event Security, you will be the operational point of contact responsible for your projects. You will oversee the process from the initial permit application through to the final evaluation. During the event, you will lead team leaders, maintain oversight, and ensure everything is executed according to plan, regulations, and with a focus on safety. You will report directly to the Project Management Team Manager and collaborate closely with fellow project leaders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare events (permits, risk analyses, deployment planning, logistics, and personnel management)
- Direct team leaders on-site and coordinate security deployment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and standards (including ISO, WPBR, and TSC policies)
- Be ultimately responsible for Crowd Management execution during events
- Identify bottlenecks, make timely adjustments, and actively contribute ideas for improvements
- Execute HR processes, including evaluations, absence management, and behavioral oversight
- Maintain accurate and complete project administration
- Conduct objective, structured evaluations of completed projects
