The ideal candidate will possess:6-18 months of professional experience in project management, operations, communications, or a related field (exceptionally talented fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening abilities. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently without supervision. Effective people and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with creative thinking and intuition. Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written). Strong aptitude with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace tools. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

About the job

Bohubrihi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to lead our production team comprised of Instructional Designers, Instructors, Subject Matter Experts, and Audio Visual Designers. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end creation of self-paced online courses that align with Bohubrihi's high standards, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

This role involves direct collaboration with the CEO, taking ownership of course production, enhancing process efficiencies, and providing opportunities for professional growth into senior management positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply established project management methodologies throughout all phases of course production, including strategy development, expert sourcing, content creation, and end-user feedback evaluation.
  • Manage multiple Online Course Development projects concurrently, maintaining meticulous records of project status.
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to define project scopes and proactively manage communications as the central point of contact for directors and production team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation for all projects, including project overviews, plans, reports, meeting minutes, and budget trackers.
  • Oversee development activities in accordance with established parameters (timeframes, costs, quality standards, etc.), ensuring resources are effectively planned and managed.
  • Maintain transparency in project progress and deliver timely updates to stakeholders, while holding regular team briefings.
  • Implement industry regulations and international standards in online course development.
  • Recruit and manage freelance Content Specialists (e.g., Subject Matter Experts, Instructors, Mentors) and communicate effectively with them regarding content development.
  • Support the team across all facets of course creation, from content development to graphic design and production, ensuring course quality and achievement of objectives through various evaluation levels.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as directed by management.
