Your Mission
The Project Management Office (PMO) is committed to delivering a diverse array of Professional Services. Our areas of expertise include IT Networking and Security, Data Center operations, Cloud Computing, and transformational projects. As part of the broader Professional Services department, the PMO works closely with a highly skilled technical team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This collaborative framework enables us to navigate complex challenges and achieve successful project outcomes. You will take charge of the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized projects, aligning with agreed timelines, budget constraints, and quality objectives while effectively managing risks, changes, and customer expectations. You will operate independently on projects, with support and guidance from Senior Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and the PMO Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee multiple customer projects from inception to completion, including planning, delivery, reporting, and communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budgets) and adhere to boxxe governance.
- Lead cross-functional project teams while coordinating internal resources and external partners.
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes while actively controlling risks and issues.
- Create clear project documentation and present updates on progress, financials, and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, providing regular updates and managing their expectations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including percentage completion, resource utilization, and revenue forecasts.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
- Support new initiatives and process enhancements while providing team coverage as needed.
- Mentor and assist Project Coordinators, collaborating with Senior PMs and Portfolio Managers.
- Complete ad-hoc PMO tasks and ensure compliance with all boxxe and Safety/Health/Environmental policies.
