About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of projects and change initiatives for our clients in the financial and energy sectors. You will closely collaborate with project teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved on schedule and meet high-quality standards. This position may involve managing both Capco and client personnel, all united in the pursuit of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Formulating and executing an integration strategy and roadmap.
- Leading the team in gathering technical requirements, mapping, validating, and optimizing processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align integrations with data processes, business objectives, and technical specifications.
- Engaging with technology teams to develop tooling and solutions for integrations, endpoints, secure data transfers, and ensuring system resiliency.
- Managing stakeholder communications while providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Monitoring data quality, compliance, and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
