Location: Slough, with regular travel to Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

About the Role
KP Snacks is collaborating with our parent company, Intersnack, to implement a significant transformation aimed at centralizing processes and systems across the Group. We are searching for an experienced ERP/Transformation Project Manager to take a pivotal role in this initiative. You will oversee governance, planning, and daily management of the project, ensuring clarity and alignment across all workstreams. This is a distinctive opportunity to influence a complex, high-profile program that spans multiple functions, countries, and system landscapes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing the project planning framework:
Creating structures, processes, and templates (including MPP) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. - Owning future governance for the program:
Designing a decision-making approach that ensures accountability and smooth project flow. - Challenging and supporting workstreams:
Building detailed milestone and task-level plans while ensuring timelines, dependencies, and sequencing are realistic.
