As a Project Manager at Sago Group, you will take full ownership of managing online data collection projects from inception to completion across various accounts. Your role will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently oversee multiple research projects across various stages from sales to delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, facilitating smooth communication.
- Examine project specifications and research designs for effective fielding and data collection.
- Monitor all project components, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Keep clients and internal teams informed throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and recommendations while escalating issues as necessary.
- Utilize Sago systems effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with clients to deliver timely updates on project progress.
- Coordinate sample deployment, vendor engagement, and field monitoring to achieve required quotas on schedule.
- Respond swiftly to unforeseen or urgent issues, managing them to resolution.
- Support internal and external teams in coding, analysis, and reporting.
- Validate and prepare data for delivery to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data while maintaining project profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
