Lead the delivery of major programs that span technology, compliance, risk, and business transformation, working with both internal teams and external partners.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including stage gates, steering committees, escalation processes, and decision-making protocols.
Apply and tailor PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid methodologies to suit the complexity and regulatory needs of each project.
Chair Steering Committees, coordinate executive decision-making, and provide visibility into program health and risk management.
Develop and implement reporting frameworks that deliver clear updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials to senior leadership.
