Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized professional to spearhead critical operational tasks such as tendering and procurement, billing/invoicing, content writing, proofreading, and administration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project execution, compliance with procurement standards, and the accuracy and quality of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering & Procurement:

  • Lead the comprehensive tendering process, including the preparation of bid documents and evaluation of proposals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and finalize supplier contracts to enhance cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations.

Billing & Invoicing:

  • Supervise the preparation and processing of invoices, guaranteeing accuracy and timely submission.
  • Monitor payments, reconcile financial records, and liaise with stakeholders regarding billing-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and industry regulations.

Content Writing & Proofreading:

  • Create and refine reports, proposals, and other essential business documents.

Administration:
