We invite interested candidates to apply for the position of Project Scheduler - Planner at our Chalkidiki facility. This role will report directly to the PMO/Controls Manager within the Projects department at Olympias.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage baseline schedules for projects across all phases, including concept, execution, and closeout.
- Maintain and update Level 1–3 schedules for major projects, along with customized timelines for smaller projects.
- Prepare and oversee the Integrated Master Schedule for our global project portfolio.
- Gather progress updates from Project Managers, contractors, and field teams, and refresh schedules on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Calculate and analyze schedule performance metrics, such as Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and contribute to earned value analysis.
- Identify delays, shifts in the critical path, and erosion of float, escalating issues promptly to Project Managers.
- Conduct scenario analyses to assess the impact of changes, delays, or constraints on project timelines.
- Propose corrective actions or resequencing strategies to ensure milestone achievement.
- Review and validate contractor-submitted schedules for logical consistency, alignment, and integration into the Portfolio Master Schedule.
- Facilitate coordination of key milestones and handovers among various disciplines, contractors, and operations.
Requirements:
- A technical diploma in relevant fields such as Construction Technology, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Project Planning/Controls. Candidates with demonstrated hands-on experience will also be considered.
