Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Relations & Customer ServiceAct as the main point of contact between tenants and the Property Management team. Swiftly respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate service requests to guarantee effective resolutions. Conduct regular tenant check-ins and organize annual meetings to collect feedback and nurture relationships. Maintain and update tenant contact lists, welcome packages, and tenant handbooks. Support community outreach programs, tenant recognition initiatives, and wellness partnerships. Event Planning & MarketingPlan, coordinate, and execute tenant events, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis. Design promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media posts utilizing tools like Canva and Mailchimp. Manage property communication channels, ensuring updates to the property website, Angus portal, and event calendars. Develop and maintain marketing materials such as the amenity guide and tenant discount program. Monitor attendance and gather feedback on all tenant events to assess success and pinpoint improvement areas. Administrative & Office OperationsWelcome visitors to the property and ensure a positive experience. Handle correspondence, maintain files, and manage office logistics.

You will play a key role in supporting the Property Management team with daily tasks such as managing accounts receivable and payable, overseeing office administration, providing outstanding customer service, and fostering strong relationships with tenants. Your contributions will ensure tenant issues and needs are addressed by the appropriate personnel, department, or service.
