Keenans Estate Agents, one of the foremost independent estate agents in Lancashire, is seeking to add a driven and enthusiastic individual to our dynamic photography team. As a photography team member, you will play a vital role in capturing stunning images and gathering essential property details prior to market release. This includes working closely with clients and creating high-quality brochures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take detailed photographs of properties for both print and online marketing materials.
- Collect asset photography for promotional use.
- Assist in preparing and styling properties to ensure optimal photography outcomes.
- Compile final property details in advance of sales.
- Develop floor plans.
- Handle client paperwork during appointments as needed.
Essential Attributes:
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
- Capable of managing personal workload effectively.
- Must possess a full and clean driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A qualification in photography.
- Experience or an interest in interior styling.
Willingness to work Saturdays with a day off during the week is essential.
