Keenans Estate Agents, a prominent independent estate agency in Lancashire, is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to enhance our professional photography team. In this role, you will be tasked with capturing high-quality photographs and gathering essential details about properties prior to their market launch. This includes collecting information to create property brochures and engaging with clients face-to-face on a daily basis.
Position Overview: Photographer
Your responsibilities will include:
- Capturing detailed photographs of properties for both print and digital marketing materials
- Collecting asset photography for promotional purposes
- Assisting in the preparation and styling of properties to ensure optimal photographic results
- Compiling final details related to properties in preparation for sale
- Creating floor plans
- Completing necessary paperwork with clients during appointments
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Competent in managing administrative tasks effectively
- Possession of a full, clean driving license is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualification in photography
- Interest or experience in interior styling
- Willingness to work every Saturday with a weekday off
