Proven experience in proposal management, ideally within a corporate setting. Strong knowledge of APMP’s Book of Knowledge or equivalent methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with RFx processes and public sector bidding. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

We are currently looking for a skilled Proposal Manager with a strong understanding of APMP’s Book of Knowledge or similar methodologies (e.g., Shipley) to craft and deliver winning proposals that enable our clients to meet their objectives.
The Proposal Manager will collaborate closely with our Sales Team at TTEC Digital, taking the lead in developing proposals that respond to RFx and tenders from both commercial and public sectors. Key responsibilities include analyzing RFx requests, working with sales representatives to devise bid strategies and create compelling win themes, leading storyboarding sessions, and co-creating proposal content with subject matter experts. This role also involves drafting, editing, and customizing proposals for large and complex deals, formulating proposal plans and templates, and conducting thorough reviews to ensure alignment with bid strategies, RFx responsiveness, and overall quality and design.
Utilizing existing resources and overseeing the integration of new content from within our Responsive platform and other corporate sales and delivery materials, the Proposal Manager will engage with SMEs at TTEC Digital and, when necessary, our partner organization TTEC Engage. It is crucial for this role to ensure that the proposals are aligned with our brand, client-focused, responsive, and compliant with RFx criteria. The Proposal Manager must have a deep understanding of client challenges and objectives (as outlined in the RFx and the seller’s opportunity plan) and ensure that the response addresses these effectively. Furthermore, the role entails overseeing quality assurance to maintain consistency across the proposal narrative and clearly articulate our differentiators, persuasively demonstrating why clients should choose TTEC Digital as their partner.
