About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Provider Experience & Recruitment Associate to join our founding team and take charge of critical functions within our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the two co-founders, overseeing the entire provider lifecycle, from recruitment to engagement and retention.
This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, is detail-oriented, and prioritizes people, with a strong desire to create robust systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Growth & Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process for behavioral health clinicians (e.g., therapists, psychologists), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and sustain a strong, scalable pipeline of qualified, mission-aligned providers.
- Identify and oversee sourcing channels such as graduate programs, referral networks, job boards, and events.
- Coordinate with credentialing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and access to systems.
- Monitor and report on hiring metrics to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Provider Experience & Retention
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience that empowers providers for long-term success.
- Serve as the primary contact for provider feedback, satisfaction, and the resolution of daily concerns.
- Lead engagement initiatives, including regular check-ins, surveys, recognition programs, and community events.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to continuously refine the provider experience.
