Summer Internship Opportunity: May 2026 - August 2026
Join us this summer for an internship designed to provide young professionals with practical, hands-on experience in purchasing, inventory management, and general office administration.
As a Purchasing & Inventory Intern, you will collaborate closely with our Materials and Supply Chain team, gaining insights into how our purchasing and inventory operations contribute to the overall success of the business. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and guidance while assisting with various administrative and data-related tasks.
No prior experience in purchasing or inventory is necessary, full training will be provided.
Key Learning Opportunities
Under the mentorship of our team, you will:
- Understand how purchasing and inventory functions support the overall operations of a business.
- Assist in entering and updating product and supplier data in our systems.
- Support inventory tracking by organizing data and documentation.
- Help prepare basic Excel reports related to inventory and sales.
- Organize purchase order records and maintain filing systems.
- Engage in team meetings and observe standard business workflows.
- Complete general administrative tasks as assigned.
Tasks will be assigned gradually based on your skill level and comfort as you develop your experience.
