Key Responsibilities:Process Documentation & Maintenance: Oversee the design and upkeep of the GPSC "Playbook" by regularly evaluating purchasing and supply chain operations to identify and mitigate workflow bottlenecks. Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and policy documentation are scalable, data-driven, and ready for audits. KPI & Dashboard Ownership: Create and implement automated real-time dashboards and KPI metrics to establish a "Single Source of Truth", transitioning the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, actionable insights for leadership. System Transformation & Automation: Drive the automation of systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

The Purchasing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in spearheading operational excellence within the newly integrated Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC) team. This position will emphasize evaluating process effectiveness, fostering a data-driven culture through advanced reporting tools, and leading cross-departmental enhancements. You will help transition our rapidly growing organization from manual processes to a high-performance, automated environment. As the architect of our supply chain processes, you will be responsible for maintaining the organizational "Playbook" and serve as the primary stakeholder for essential system upgrades, ensuring that all protocols are scalable and compliant with SOX regulations.
