Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Analyst Contractor, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the quality and performance of our Smarkets and BetSBK platforms during our launch and expansion in Indiana.
Your responsibilities include:
Thoroughly test core user journeys to detect bugs, usability flaws, and areas for improvement.
Provide precise, actionable feedback to elevate our product from 70% readiness to 100% market readiness.
Ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging user experience that fosters strong customer loyalty and drives revenue growth in the Indiana market.
Tasks You Will Undertake
Execute functional and usability testing of our U. S. (Indiana) user experience across both web and mobile platforms.
Test essential customer journeys:
Landing → Sign-up
Sign-up → Login
Promo Opt-in → Deposit
Deposit → Bet Placement → Cashout → Withdrawal
Customer Support & KYC Processes
Document all issues with clear reproduction steps, visual aids, and recordings where applicable.
Participate in live testing sessions with the Product team to refine our offerings.
