The Quality Assurance & Application Testing & Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, resilience, and performance of the bank's digital and core operational platforms. This position transcends traditional testing, concentrating on the comprehensive validation of innovative AI systems, mobile applications, and enterprise services. By architecting advanced automated frameworks and continuous testing pipelines, you will guarantee that each release, from Conversational AI agents to core banking microservices, adheres to the highest standards of security, scalability, and reliability. You will serve as a quality gatekeeper, partnering with engineering and cybersecurity teams to expedite deployment while upholding the bank's integrity.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Validating next-generation AI platforms (voice and chat) for precision, stability, latency, and safety; ensuring AI-driven enterprise search effectively avoids hallucinations.
- Constructing and maintaining reusable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API integrations utilizing Python, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Validating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector search quality, and grounding accuracy to guarantee optimal data retrieval performance.
- Implementing automated quality checks for MLOps, encompassing drift detection, retraining validation, and model registry integrity.
- Conducting scenario-based testing for operational AI agents (KYC, Risk, Compliance) and validating high availability and disaster recovery protocols.
- Integrating automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation within containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) environments.
- Verifying that all AI engineering aligns with guardrails for fairness, security, explainability, and regulatory requirements.
